If you find yourself locked out of the Mobile App Studio because you've forgotten your password or recently cleared your cache, follow these simple steps to get back to your app:
Step One: Click "I forgot my password."
On the login screen, there is a link to reset your password under the "Login" button. You will be prompted to enter your email address. If your email is found in our system, you will receive an email with a link to complete the reset process.
Step Two: Check your email.
If your email was found in our system, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Step Three: Create and Retype your new password.
When you're finished, it will give you a message in green text stating that it was changed successfully. It will also take you back to the initial log on screen.
Things to Remember:
- Reset emails will only be sent to users who already have credentials to the MAS. To request additional credentials, email firstname.lastname@example.org
- If you do not see your reset email, check your spam/junk folders.
- Passwords are case-sensitive and expire after 24 hours.
