For Technical Support to add an iCal feed into your app, they will need the link to the calendar. If you are currently hosting your calendar on Office 365, follow these steps to obtain the link for your iCal feed.
Log in to Office and navigate to your calendar:
Go to the Navigate tab. In the upper left corner of the screen, you will see an option to Share. Click the Share hyperlink.
Email the link:
Clicking Share enables your computer's native email program, resulting in a pop-up. Enter your email and send the link to yourself.
Copy the Subscription URL from the email:
In the email you receive, you will be given several links. Copy the last link that addresses subscribing to the url.
Send us the link:
If you are in implementation, send the link to your CSM. If your app is already live, send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
